It also starts with a 1.3x damage multiplier, giving it higher starting damage and a higher efficacy for damage-increasing items. Tainted Lost has flight and spectral tears, but no health and dies from any damage taken.
Tainted Lost is just like The Lost but instead of Holy Mantle, it starts with a Holy Card and does not start with the Eternal D6. Tainted Lost is unlocked by reaching Home and using either the Red Key or the Cracked Key to access a special room in one of the walls while playing as The Lost. Tainted Lost is a character added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.
